The club offers four training sessions a week, each lasting 50 minutes. Swimmers may attend as many or few of these sessions as they wish. We have three lanes of the pool and the coach divides swimmers into groups so that you swim with people of a similar speed.
Our coach, Pete, is endlessly inventive when devising swim sets so there is always something new to try. If you are working towards a particular goal, please discuss this with Pete and he will help devise training sessions that help you with this.
Our Training Times
We train four times a week from September through to July at the following times:
Tuesday, 8.30 - 9.30pm
Thursday, 8.30 - 9.30pm
Saturday 3.45 - 4.45pm
Sunday, 8.15 - 9.15am
